Here at Grub Rug, our quality control is busy checking and ensuring every item is in perfect condition and carefully packaged before sending them to you.
We do not offer change of mind exchanges or refunds, so please choose and measure correctly prior to placing your order.
If you do happen to receive an incorrect or faulty item we will replace it with the same item. If the item is out of stock we will offer you a refund. If you do receive an incorrect or faulty item, please email us at sales@grubrug.com.au first, so we can confirm the return is acceptable.
Return Requirements:
• Returns must be placed within 7 days after delivery.
• The Grub Rug must not be used.
This is in line with Australian consumer guidelines.
Please note that loose or excess threads are not considered faulty as these are often natural results of the manufacturing process. The Recycled Polyethylene Yarn is subject to falling off whilst the product is being worn in.
