This agreement is a contract between the customer (you) and Grub Rug. By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions when you order online with us. These Terms and Conditions apply during the ordering, purchasing, fulfilment and delivery of the goods from www.grubrug.com.au.

This website and its contents are subject to Copyright owned by Grub Rug. You many view this website and its contents using your web browser and electronically copy and print hard copies of parts for personal and non-commercial use. Any unauthorised use, including duplicating, distribution, modification, transmission, display, republication, of the content of this site is strictly prohibited.

Placing Order
You can place an online order via the website by correctly completing and submitting the electronic order form on the website. When you submit you are committing to purchase the goods for the stated price, GST and delivery fee specified at the time.
Completing the electronic order form, you are in agreement to provide information to your personal details that are relevant, accurate and necessary to allow Grub Rug and the delivery agent to process and deliver your order.
Grub Rug will not be liable to loss or delay of any third party to deliver the goods due to incomplete or inaccurate personal details provided by you.
Please thoroughly check over your order before submitting your order with us. Once you have submitted, changes or cancellations cannot be made unless they are made in agreement with Grub Rug. Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an automated generated invoice containing your Order Number. When communicating with us please quote your order number.
Rejection or Acceptance of an Order
Grub Rug reserves the right to either accept or reject an order from you at any time or reason.
If we accept your order, it represents an agreement by Grub Rug to supply the goods to you in accordance with the order Terms and Conditions.
If we reject your order, we will notify you of our decision via email within 7 business days of you placing your order. If we reject an order that has already been processed, we will refund the money within 7 business days. The receipt of your refund will be determined by your financial institution and the time taken by them to process your refund. Grub Rug will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense or injury you or any third party incurs as a result of any delay in processing your refund.
Product Availability
From time to time, some Goods may be displayed on the website may be out of stock and we may be unable to complete or fulfil all or part of your order. If this occurs, we will be in contact with you via email to arrange an amendment of your order. We will offer an alternative comparable product and price or if available and agree to a refund. If applicable we will continue to fulfil the remainder of your order.
Products
All photos and images displayed on www.grubrug.com.au are for illustration purposes only. The size and dimensions of the product may differ in real life. Each product will have the approximate size written in the description. The colour of the Products shown on the website may slightly vary in shade to what is received.
Price and Payment
The price of a product is stated on the website and you agree to pay for the goods at the time of placing an order with us. All prices and associated fees and charges are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. The prices on the website are subject to change without any notice to you. All accepted orders can be paid with Stripe / PayPal which accepts all major debit and credit cards from customers.
You will receive a Tax Invoice via email once payment has been processed. All payments must be cleared in full prior to your goods being dispatched. If your payment cannot be processed, your order will be rejected.
Discount codes are only valid for single use and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Damages/Injuries that may occur
Please always use a non-slip mat under your Grub Rug. Only use in a safe manner and not for anything other than what it is intended for. Grub Rug will not be responsible for any injuries that may occur when using our products. Grub Rug accepts no liability for injury, loss or damage arising from the use of our products.
Always store and use your Grub Rugs in dry, cool areas. Grub Rugs should not be used in internal areas if moisture is present and should only be used when completely dry.
CAUTION: Non slip mesh/matting is to be used underneath Grub Rugs to avoid any accidental slippages and to protect your surface from any potential blemishes (Plasticizer migration caused by the use of Grub Rug are extremely rare however extra care should be given towards vinyl surfaces). Grub Rugs should not be used in extreme heat conditions or stored near heat sources such as firepits or BBQs, or objects which may refract light such as metal or glass. Grub Rugs are made tough for Australian conditions however care and preventive steps should always be taken to protect and prolong your Grub Rug.
Grub Rug will not be held responsible for any misuse in our products. Always use as directed.
